First who, then what.

People love to talk that "execution matters more than ideas". In fact, the people who execute the idea matters the most. Having the right people beside you is a foundation. That’s a golden rule applicable everywhere.

If you know me well, then you know — I’m a “people person.”

I enjoy being surrounded by doers and achievers, inspiring folks, with whom we often bond over ambitious visions and a deep interest in life’s various manifestations. People who test limits, who yearn, who have that spark in their eye.

I’ve been trying to pinpoint what sets these people apart.

I've come to see — it’s a distinguished mindset that really matters.

The energy, inspiration, and wisdom I gather from chatting with serial entrepreneurs, top-notch VCs, and distinguished specialists about things beyond work, it should be collected and channeled somewhere.

That's what sparked the concept of this Substack.
